When do you need a cab?

Calculate and reserve your ride below
At "Calculate your fare" you can calculate your fare and make your reservation right away. Type in your address or the name of the location, the system will give you one or more options, CLICK on the option that best describes the destination. For example for known location you can enter the name of the location, e.g. Eindhoven Airport, You will see an option with an airplane symbol in front of it, click on it.
You can calculate the fare by entering the pick-up location, destination, date, pick-up time and number of people in the booking form. Then you will get a ride price.
Rides reserved more than 24 hours in advance are priced more advantageously.
You may encounter a different price in an advertisement, this may be due to the time of reservation, e.g. if you reserve within 24 hours, or because the time of the ride falls outside the hours covered by the advertisement or because the ride falls in out of hours of the weekend or on holidays or because the ride falls in a rush hour.
Airport rides
Rides from the airport are generally slightly more expensive than rides to the airport. This is because a ride from the airport is much more difficult to schedule because we take into account the progress of your flight in our planning. In fact, you must provide your flight number when making your reservation so that we can take into account any delays (up to 3 hours from the scheduled landing time). This requires us to leave room in our schedule to accommodate these possible delays.
You can take a maximum of 3 pieces of large hold luggage or 4 pieces of small hold luggage in our cab. We drive passenger cars, often station wagons or SUVs, the luggage must fit in them. We are not responsible for excess luggage that cannot be taken.

If you are experiencing a problem entering an address it could be due to a number of reasons.
- The address is not yet known to Google, please check it in Google Maps. Then enter an address nearby and mention the problem and the actual address in the comment field further down the reservation process.
- If you enter an address, you will see a list of possible addresses appear below it. If your address is among them, click on it. This is because it is not enough to type in your address and then hit enter.
- You do not always have to type in an address, for example if you are traveling to an airport, you can also type in the name of the airport, a list of options will appear and probably the top option will have an airplane icon, choose this option.
- For example, the previous option also applies to hospitals, theaters, restaurants, businesses and government agencies. Just enter the name of the institution or firm and choose the most obvious option.
- If the above did not help, please contact us so we can help you further.
If you want to book an outward and return trip, it cannot be done in one reservation. You must make a new reservation for the return trip.

If you are having problems entering the address, there could be a number of reasons. If it is your home address, this address may not be known to Google Maps either . Try an address nearby and put your own address in the comment
Did you receive a ride confirmation?
If you make a booking through our website you will always receive a ride confirmation in your mailbox with all the details regarding the ride and the payment made. You will receive this ride confirmation almost immediately but at the latest within 1 hour of booking. Always check that you have entered the correct mail address. If you do not receive anything, please check the spam folder in your email program. If you do not find a confirmation there either, please contact us at 040-2097241 and we will find out why you did not receive a confirmation and help you as soon as possible to receive one anyway.
Ride confirmation also important during the ride
Please also take the ride confirmation, (digital on your phone or printed on paper) with you when you travel. You can easily use the ride confirmation to show the driver that you are the passenger he/she is coming to pick you up.
There may be an attachment in the ride confirmation with more information, for example, for airport rides, about where we drop off or pick you up and how we proceed.
Children's chair
Legally, your child/infant does not need to be in a child seat in a cab. A baby / child does count in the total number of persons allowed in a cab. If you want to transport your baby in a child seat, you can bring your own child seat.
Seat raiser
We have, if you specify in advance (select this when booking, extra charge € 5.00), booster seats available. By default, booster seats are not available because they take up space and pose a challenge for luggage.
Do you have multiple pick-up locations, for example because you are traveling with friends or colleagues? This is one of the possibilities however you cannot book this through the booking form.
Send us an email or Whatsapp message with all the details of the ride, such as pick-up locations, destination, date and time. We will then provide a quote for your ride. Once you agree, we will create the reservation and you will receive an email with a payment request. Once payment is made, the ride will be added to the schedule.

In a passenger car a maximum of 4 passengers may be transported, however, you should note that a small child, even if sitting on your lap, is also considered a passenger. This has to do with the insurance of the number of people that can be transported in a cab. We never make an exception to this.
When selecting a car, you may also find that it can carry fewer passengers than you would expect. This is caused, for example, because the luggage space of the car is too small to travel to an airport with four adults AND luggage. If you believe that the number of passengers and your luggage would fit, please contact us.
We drive average cars where we can imagine that, if you are traveling with four adults, you would prefer a larger car. Unfortunately, we cannot (yet) be of service in this respect.
We also do not offer group transportation options so our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of four passengers.
You can cancel or change the ride free of charge up to 6 hours in advance. Canceling within 6 hours does not entitle you to a refund.
To cancel a ride contact us by phone at 040-2097241. If you call outside office hours, please leave a message on voicemail, clearly stating your name and ride number. We will contact you the next business day. You can also send an e-mail to cab @ wilnutaxi.nl, clearly mentioning the ride number. Date and time of the e-mail determine whether you are entitled to a refund of the fare.
If you cancel in time we will refund the entire fare to the account it came from within a maximum of 5 working days. It is not possible to change this also it is not possible to receive it in cash.
If you have paid with an option other than ideal, we will charge you the cost charged to us by the credit card company. These costs are not refundable in case of cancellation.
Checkout in the car is possible but not on all trips.
Online booking
Rides booked online can only be booked if payment is made online.
Offer
Rides involving an offer can never be settled in the car. We offer competitive prices for certain rides in order to increase our efficiency.You can benefit from this under the condition of prepayment. Rides to airports are always based on an offer and can therefore never be paid in the car.
Busy period
For rides during certain busy periods, it may apply that advance payment is also required for these rides. You can think of days with Carnival, New Year's Eve, Christmas and other holidays.
Paying in the car
If you place a booking by phone then the option "pay in the car" is possible but this does not apply to all types of rides.
In addition, making a reservation by phone is always more expensive than making the reservation yourself online.
If you want to make a last minute reservation by phone, there is a possibility that there is no capacity. You then run the risk that we will not be able to help you.
We generally check the cab after each ride to make sure no items have been left behind, in the unlikely event something has been left behind and we suspect it belongs to you, we will try to contact you as soon as we have the opportunity.
Of course, you can contact us immediately after you notice that you have left something in the cab. We will then ask the relevant driver, as soon as possible, to see if we can find it in the cab as well.
You remain responsible for your belongings in the cab and also that you take all your belongings with you when you leave the cab. You can pick up any found items/goods at our business by appointment.
