Taking a cab to the hospital

You can calculate the fare by entering the pick-up location, destination, date, pick-up time and number of people in the booking form. Then you will get a ride price.
Rides booked more than 24 hours in advance and taking place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. are priced more advantageously.
Often you know several days ahead that you have to go to the hospital to see a specialist and/or for examination. You will also know what time you are expected at the hospital, so booking the outward journey is easy to do.
The return trip is another story; after all, you don't know how long the visit will take. This is why we are introducing the option to do the return trip on demand. This means that you reserve the return trip at the same time as the outbound trip, providing an estimate of what time you expect to be finished. We will then keep room in the schedule for your return trip.
As soon as you are ready, call us immediately at the central number (040-2097241). We will send a cab to pick you up within 45 minutes. Often the dispatcher will give you an estimate of how long the cab will take. So it can also happen that the cab can be there within ten minutes and you can go home earlier.
- The cab ride is for a maximum of 2 people
- The destination of the outward journey is always a hospital
- The return trip always starts at a hospital
- The ride has a maximum of 2 locations, the pick-up location and the destination, intermediate stops are not possible
- Rides on weekdays between 08:30 and 16:00 are more advantageous
- Rides can be cancelled up to six hours before the start.
- If you book by phone and choose to pay in the car, you must already pay for the return trip on the outbound trip.
If you are experiencing a problem entering an address it could be due to a number of reasons.
- The address is not yet known to Google, please check it in Google Maps. Then enter an address nearby and mention the problem and the actual address in the comment field further down the reservation process.
- If you enter an address, you will see a list of possible addresses appear below it. If your address is among them, click on it. This is because it is not enough to type in your address and then hit enter.
- You do not always have to type in an address, for example if you are traveling to an airport, you can also type in the name of the airport, a list of options will appear and probably the top option will have an airplane icon, choose this option.
- For example, the previous option also applies to hospitals, theaters, restaurants, businesses and government agencies. Just enter the name of the institution or firm and choose the most obvious option.
